What does a user need to do to qualify for a voucher? Print

Using the app

When a user uploads/creates a piece of content in response to a brief then as soon as the upload is complete the voucher will appear in their REWARDS gallery ready to be redeemed either online or instore. It's that simple.

If a user uploads a piece of content that doesn't respond to a brief then they don't get an instant reward, although if we really like it we will endeavour to get it in front of the brand.

Using the website

If a user uploads a piece of content on the website they will have to manually input the Hashtag assigned to the brief (this happens automatically when using the app). Once the upload is complete then the voucher can be redeemed after they download the app and access their REWARDS gallery.

We hope to be able to offer all sorts of rewards in the future.
